At your next TULUS-Box delivery, Pak TULUS will collect and weight your recycled bottles. For every 300g (weight of 24 x 600ml TULUS water bottle) of recycled plastic bottle, you will be rewarded with TULUS-cash worth IDR 5,000 to be credited to your following TULUS-box order!*

At this point, your job is all done - rest assured, 100% of the bottles you provide will be recycled to create new products such as t-shirts, jackets, carpeting, and dolls!

1	Do you accept used plastic bottles from other brands?
	Yes, as an attempt to maximize your ability to recycle, we will accept ALL used mineral water bottles that are clean and clear, in all shapes and sizes. However, we do not accept tinted plastic bottles, nor plastic bottles used for other liquids (tea, soft drinks, oil, etc.).
2	How can I use my TULUS-cash?
	Your TULUS-cash will automatically be stored in our database until your following TULUS-box order where it will be automatically credited, up to IDR 5,000 per TULUS-box order (IDR 48,000). Your TULUS-cash balance will be stated/confirmed in each invoice you receive after placing an order.
3	Will my TULUS-cash expire?
	Don’t worry, unused TULUS-cash never expires, and can be carried onto your 4th, 5th, or 99th TULUS-box order. So go on, keep recycling!
4	Will Pak TULUS pick-up my recycled bottles if they weigh less than 300g?
	Of course! Our goal is to maximize your ability to recycle. Thus, we will always accept your recycled bottles. However, please note that you will only be rewarded with TULUS-cash in multipliers of 300g.
5	Where does TULUS deliver?
	As of now, TULUS-box delivers to the Taman Anggrek (TA), and Taman Anggrek Residence (TAR) communities. We are working hard to expand operations as soon as possible!
6	How exactly is my used plastic going to be processed?
	Your used plastic bottles will be shredded into small PET flakes, and then turned into polyester thread that will be distributed to various manufacturers to be recycled into new products as mentioned above!
